Sand Tray Workshop for Adults

Creating “sand trays” is another way to tell our story, to dig deep inside our grief, to find our strengths and increase our resilience. Sand tray work is an effective approach used for people who have experienced a traumatic event.

This event is free of charge for bereaved adults, ages 18+ and will be led by Grief Center volunteer bereavement facilitator, Ann Buck, LPCC. Click here to register for our Sand Tray workshop.
