Grief In Motion Workshop

“Grief in Motion” is a half-day interactive workshop for youth and teens. Young people are generally more comfortable expressing their thoughts and feelings through creative and physical activities. The workshop activities will help participants recognize their grief feelings, share memories of their person, and identify coping techniques.
