Self-Care Workshop

When you’re grieving, the stress of the loss can negatively impact your physical health and deplete your emotional reserves. Having ways to take care of your physical and emotional well-being helps you to integrate the loss and maintain good health.

This workshop is for adults and families (children must be 8 years old or older). It will include 3 approaches to self-care:

Aromatherapy: Julia Herrera Gardner LPCC, LADAC
Yoga or Movement: Erin Damour (Nia)
Forest Therapy: Theresa Lewis
