How to be a Good Grief Friend Webinar

This free webinar is among a series of trainings designed to increase understanding of the grieving process, develop skills to support grieving individuals, improve communication, foster resilience, and help people find new meaning after a death. These webinars provide knowledge about how to offer emotional and practical support, navigate awkward conversations, and care for oneself and others during times of bereavement.

After a death, relatives, friends and community members seek to comfort the bereaved. At the same time, it is commonly reported that people are unsure of what to say and how to approach conversations about dying, death and grief.
